This policy explains what information Weinland Management LLC collects through this website and our online advertising, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English, and the sections are numbered so you can point us at anything you want explained.
1
Weinland Management LLC is a family-owned property care and stewardship company based in Marble Falls, Texas, serving Marble Falls, Lake LBJ, and the wider Texas Hill Country. In this policy, we, us, and our mean Weinland Management LLC, and you means anyone who visits this website, responds to one of our ads, or contacts us.
This policy covers weinlandmanagement.com and the forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. If you are a client, the way we handle information about your property is also governed by your written service agreement with us.
2
When you fill in a form on this website, book a call, email us, call us, or text us, we collect what you choose to send. That usually includes:
If you respond to one of our ads by filling in a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us what you enter there. That can include your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the form's questions, such as the type and location of your property and your budget range. Meta also handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, screen size, the pages you look at, the buttons you click, the date and time, how long you stay, and the site, search, or ad that sent you here. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which are described below.
We do not collect payment card or bank details through this website, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for sensitive information such as health, financial account, or government ID details.
3
We do not sell your personal information. We do use advertising and analytics tools from platforms like Meta and Google, and those platforms receive information about your visits through tools such as the Meta Pixel. They may use that information for their own purposes, including advertising, under their own privacy policies, as explained below. You can limit how this information is used with the choices described below.
4
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that send information about your visit to the company that provides them. We use the following:
The Meta Pixel is a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It runs on every page of this site. When you visit, it can send Meta:
Our website may also send the same kinds of information about your visit, such as a page view or a booked call, to Meta directly from our web server using Meta’s Conversions API.
If you are logged into Facebook or Instagram in the same browser, Meta can connect your visit to your account. Meta uses this information to measure our ads, to show our ads to people who have visited our site or who are similar to them, and for its own purposes under the Meta Privacy Policy. Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.
Google Analytics, a service from Google LLC, uses cookies (named _ga and similar) to count visits and show us how people use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google receives your IP address and technical details about your visit. Google explains how it uses this information on its page about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
5
We use a small number of established companies to run the website, advertise, and communicate with you. At the moment those are:
Bluehost, Jotform, SociableKit, and our email, phone, and text providers only receive the information they need to do their job for us, are expected to keep it secure, and handle it under their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use it for their own purposes. Google and Meta may also use information they receive for their own purposes, as described in their privacy policies and above.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
6
If you give us your phone number, through this website, a Facebook or Instagram form, or directly, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry, scheduling, or work at your property. Agreeing to this is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you by writing to admin@weinlandmanagement.com. We will still contact you where we need to about work already underway at your property.
We do not sell your phone number, and we never share your agreement to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
7
We keep inquiries for as long as we reasonably need them to follow up and to keep a record of who we have spoken to. Client records are kept for the length of the service relationship and afterwards for as long as our legal, tax, insurance, and warranty obligations require. Website analytics and advertising data is held by Google and Meta under their own retention policies and the settings in our accounts with them.
