The people who know your property

Weinland Management is owned by Doug and Taylor Fischer and based in Marble Falls. We are a Christian family business, and we believe stewardship means being honest about what we see, keeping our word, and caring for each property with the attention we would want at our own home.

We started in 2021. Doug came to it through years in custom-home construction — work that showed him how quickly a small problem becomes an expensive one when nobody is regularly on the property, and how hard it is to coordinate a repair from two hours away. He did the early visits himself: the weekly walk, the report, the maintenance. Taylor kept the books and coordinated the vendors.

Today Doug still onboards every client himself. He walks the property, learns its systems, and sets up the reporting and communication before anyone else takes it on. Ari then becomes the person on your property week to week — and Doug is back at least once a month to check the critical systems in person.

Not a call center, and not a rotating crew of subcontractors. You know who is responsible, what was completed, and what still needs attention.
